CONSERGRA S.L established in 1969 since then, their main activity is
the construction of special refrigeration and air conditioning units,
mainly used for the preservation of grains, rice, wheat, oilseeds, pulses
and perishable granulated products.
GRAIN CHILLER BENEFITS
Avoids typical problems of grain storing: heat development, insect activity, product fermentation, moulds, toxins, weight loss because of grain metabolism, water condensation. Grain chilling permits higher grain moisture contents, without risk. With the use of cooling procedure, expensive and dangerous chemical fumigations are avoided. The product is stored in best possible condition. Operating costs of grain chilling are cheaper than traditional ones. Typical pay-back for the CONSERFRIO® cooling units is achiveved in 1-2 years. Even shorter under the tropics.

MOISTURE METER (MOISTURE – CONTROLLER)
This moisture controller monitors and transmits the paddy moisture content immediately after the drier, in real time. All paddy varieties –long grain, medium and short- are measurable with very high accuracy.
The control outputs of the moisture controller make the automatic drying process possible, achieving optimum product moisture and homogeneity –avoiding over or under-drying – as well as noticeable energy savings.
The accuracy obtained is very high, being not affected by the color, density or temperature of the product. The moisture controller does not need periodic calibration.
COMMODITIES: Paddy. Sunflower seeds, soybeans, rapeseeds. …, benefit from same drying control system.
